Amber Castillo
Intern
I believe that our individual stories are deeply woven into the relationships we hold throughout our lives. Whether you are seeking support for your child or looking for a safe space to navigate your own personal journey, I am here to provide a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment. I know how overwhelming it can be when you feel "stuck" in old patterns or family cycles, and I am committed to helping you find a new way forward. You don't have to navigate these transitions alone. Together, we will work toward a future where you and your family feel more connected and resilient.
I have a specialized passion for helping children and adolescents find their voices. I understand the weight of school-related stress and behavioral transitions, and I offer a creative space where younger clients feel seen while parents gain the tools they need to lead with confidence. For my adult clients, I focus on exploring the roots of current challenges to help you cultivate healthier boundaries and deeper self-awareness. When you work with me, you are in capable, empathetic hands dedicated to your lasting growth.
