Amber is currently pursuing her clinical training with a focus on how our family systems and relational histories impact our present lives. She approaches therapy as a collaborative journey, prioritizing a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel truly seen and heard.

Drawing from her academic background at Our Lady of the Lake University, Amber is being trained in systemic and evidence-based models that help individuals and families move through "stuck" patterns. She is passionate about helping clients cultivate healthier boundaries, deeper self-awareness, and more resilient connections.
