Viviana Valdez
Intern
Viviana brings five years of dedicated experience as a clinician in the community, working within complex systems to promote healing and integrated care. Her journey is defined by a unique intersection of disciplines: she holds a BA in Creative Writing, an MA in Applied Psychology, and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work.

Viviana’s approach is deeply holistic. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (500 hrs), she understands that our stories are often held in the body as much as the mind. She integrates Somatics and Brainspotting with traditional models like CBT, DBT, and ACT to provide a truly tailored experience. Having worked within the justice system to reduce recidivism and promote restorative practices, she offers a perspective that is both authentic and socially conscious.
Whether you are navigating a personal crisis or seeking to understand yourself more deeply, Viviana provides a collaborative space to help you reach your goals.
