Patricia Merlos
Associate Counselor
Are you looking for support to help your child or teen navigate life's challenges? As a San Antonio therapist specializing in child counseling, adolescent therapy, and family support, I provide a compassionate, strengths-based approach that empowers young people to build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life's ups and downs with resilience. My goal is to create a welcoming space where children, teens, and families feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
As both a school principal and a counselor, I have spent years working alongside children, adolescents, families, and educators to help students overcome academic, emotional, and social challenges. This unique perspective allows me to understand the pressures young people face both inside and outside the classroom while collaborating with families to foster lasting growth. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, school-related stress, or life transitions, I strive to create a safe, authentic environment where healing, connection, and personal growth can flourish. Together, we can build on your child's strengths and help them create a future filled with confidence, resilience, and hope.
